Technical Data Sheet & Quality Assurance
Typical values below help buyers compare options. Final values, compliance documents and acceptance criteria are confirmed against the ordered specification and production batch.
| Test item | Typical requirement | Buyer benefit |
|---|---|---|
| Bending strength (MOR) | ≥ 22 MPa | More stable shelving and cabinet panels |
| Internal bond (IB) | ≥ 0.55 MPa | Reliable CNC profiling and edge processing |
| 24h thickness swelling | ≤ 10% standard; ≤ 7% MR option | Improved moisture resistance where specified |
| Factory moisture content | 4–8% | Helps reduce shipment and processing risk |
| Thickness tolerance | Target ± 0.2 mm | More consistent cutting and assembly |
Compliance available on request: CARB P2, EPA TSCA Title VI, CE / EN 622-5 and FSC documentation where applicable. Request the lab report or specification sheet.
Processing & Machinability
Fine fiber structure
A smooth, uniform face supports painting, UV coating, veneer pressing and vacuum membrane finishing with less surface preparation.
Smooth edge profiling
Dense internal bonding supports cleaner CNC routing, drilling, edge-banding and film-lamination results when matched with the right tooling.
Controlled thickness
Thickness consistency is checked against the order specification to support batch cutting, cabinet production and flat-pack component manufacturing.
Export Packing & Consolidated Loading
Heavy-duty pallet packaging
Fumigation-free composite pallets or reinforced bearers, protective edge boards, moisture-wrap and steel or high-strength PET strapping can be specified for the route and handling method.
Mixed container flexibility
Combine MDF with OSB, particle board, plywood and selected stone products in one consolidated container to reduce trial-order and inventory pressure.
Pre-shipment inspection
Before loading, we can document thickness checks, moisture readings, panel condition, packing marks and loading arrangements against the confirmed order.
