Export packing protects the product specification after production is complete. Buyers should confirm the pallet base, top and bottom protection, waterproof wrapping, steel or PET straps, corner and edge protection, labels, sheet count and gross weight. MDF and particle board edges need particular attention because impact or moisture can affect later processing. OSB and plywood orders should also be checked for pallet stability and loading movement. Before shipment, request clear photos or inspection records for packaging, labels and container loading so the received goods can be compared with the agreed packing plan.
