01 · MATERIAL SCOPE

Choose the right panel before comparing prices.

Wood panels can look similar in a quotation, but the core, density, glue system, surface and intended processing all affect performance and cost.

For structural and packaging-oriented requirements where strength and panel construction matter.

For smooth machining, painting, laminating and furniture-component production.

For economical furniture carcasses, shelving and laminated interior panels.

For layered-panel requirements where veneer construction and stability are important.

02 · WHAT TO CHECK

State the panel type, intended use and grade expectation. This keeps the quotation relevant to your application.

Confirm dimensions, thicknesses, tolerance expectations and whether cutting or special sizes are required.

Specify the market requirement such as E0, E1, CARB P2 or EPA TSCA Title VI when applicable.

Clarify sanding, melamine face, edge quality, moisture resistance and CNC or finishing needs.

Agree key checks before shipment: thickness, appearance, edge condition, moisture and packing integrity.

Include pallet preference, moisture protection, container type and whether mixed loading is needed.

03 · BUYING PROCESS

Share product, use case, target specification, quantity and destination.

Compare like-for-like material, dimensions, compliance, packing and loading assumptions.

Finalize samples, quality checkpoints and export packing before container loading.
