State the board type, thickness, panel size, grade, core or density, surface, glue or emission requirement, moisture requirement, quantity, destination port and packing method. Explain the final application because construction OSB, cabinet MDF, melamine particle board and commercial plywood require different checks. Ask suppliers to confirm pallet structure, wrapping, straps, edge protection, labels and container loading. When price, product and shipping terms are compared on the same basis, the buyer can evaluate the quotation more accurately and reduce changes before production.
